Recommended Prior LearningLevel 1 Music is mainly performance based. Students need to be capable of performing songs or pieces of music on an instrument or as a singer to a reasonable standard. As part of 11 Music, students will perform as a soloist and as a member of a group.

Level 1 Music follows on from the Year 10 Music course.
This course is divided into four main areas
Students will be offered free instrumental tuition in piano, guitar, drums and voice.
