Level 2 Dance offers students the opportunity to deepen their understanding of dance as an expressive art form. Through this course, students will:
Refine Performance Techniques: Enhance control, fluency, and expressive qualities in dance sequences.
Develop Choreographic Skills: Create original solo and group dances that communicate specific intentions.
Analyze Dance Works: Critically examine dance performances, understanding the use of elements and devices.
Collaborate Effectively: Work with peers to devise and perform cohesive dance pieces.
Assessments are both practical and theoretical, allowing students to showcase their abilities in performance, choreography, and critical analysis.
